Overall rating
all was perfect. At first I just didn't know the rules of receiving the tickets later then you book. The zoo booking wasn' t 100% clear cause after the reservation you need to fill another booking for the ticket itself. First booking and paying is not enough.
The zoo is brilliant! You feel so close to the animals and having monkeys swinging above your head and sitting on fences as you walk past is a great experience. We dodnt travel with children and we loved it. One of the best zoos we've been to!
Even though we don't understand English, they explained things to us using gestures so that we could understand. When we asked them to change the shuttle bus to pick us up at the hotel, they made the change despite it being a sudden change.
Paul was the best tour guide ! we loved this trip everything was well planned and made our night so easy and able to enjoy everything to the max and saved any stress with queues and transport !!
