Board the bus at any designated Big Bus stop to begin your tour or redeem your voucher with a Big Bus representative at the BIG BUS & DUCK counter located at Suntec City Mall (3 Temasek Boulevard, Suntec City Mall Tower 2 #01-K8, Singapore 038983). If you are coming by train, please alight at Promenade Station (CC4 / DT15) & take Exit C. If you are coming by taxi/PHV, please set your drop off location to Suntec City Tower 1 & 2

The lower decks of the buses are wheelchair accessible.
With your QR Code, you will be able to board the bus from any of the designated Big Bus Stops to redeem and start your tour. You can also redeem your voucher with any Big Bus representatives at BIG BUS & DUCK Tourist Hub at 3 Temasek Boulevard, #01-K8, Suntec City Tower 2, Singapore 038983.

Children aged 2 years and under may travel free of charge and do not require a ticket.
A live-guided Night Tour is included with the Explore ticket. The Night Tour departs at 6:15pm from the Suntec BIG BUS & DUCK counter. It lasts approx. 3-3.5 hours.
