Overall rating

A great place to escape the hustle and bustle of the airport for a longer stay. Also easy to reach from Terminal T3 (Singapore Airlines) (even by Skytrain, short ferry time). Smaller, also warm dishes in the form of a buffet varied and very tasty, soft drinks free of charge. Alcoholic drinks available at the bar at local prices... The seats are very comfortable, the sanitary area is extremely clean and spacious, showers are available at an additional cost. The (free) WiFi provided is fast and efficient, and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Not overcrowded during our usage time (7:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.), towards the end the rush got a little bigger. Overall, an absolutely worthwhile booking...

Didn't get to do it as wasn't told you can not access lounge until after check-in, and as we booked the lounge the same day we planned to use it wasn't eligible for a refund. Total waste of time using this site to book.

Plenty of room to rest. Sufficient food and drink. Service was top notch everything was cleaned up and cleaned right away.

Fabulous place to rest in transit. Friendly staff, ample food and drink choices all unlimited.

Had a great experience. Tour guide was very humble, caring and very nice.
