Flying into Sentosa

I took the Cable Car from the Mount Faber. Firstly the view from the loo is worth the look. It was then fantastic to fly over the treetops, through a building, across the river then over the theme parks. Included also was another ride down to the beach where I enjoyed a lovely swim in the warm water.

A must see thing to do in Singapore!

We used the cable car from Mt Faber- Santosa Island and return plus the cable car across Santosa is included in the ticket. Awesome views of Singapore and traveling in the cable car over a cruise liner is different! Its quite high but a very smooth ride and doesn't take too long to get there. Its our favourite way to arrive on Santosa Island and the views on the ride and from both stations is awsome. On the way back we had to go all the way to Mt Faber again as one of our party had left her sunglasses in the shop early in the morning when we arrived there (she bought a hat from the shop) and the lady at the counter in the shop had put them safely to one side for us to collect on our return. Plus the lady at the station allowed us to go back on the cable car back to Harbourfront shopping centre which is halfway across, at no extra charge so we were very appreciative for that as its easier to get a taxi there rather than Mt Faber at evening peak hour. So go and ride the cable car!

You get access to both cable car lines with this ticket, which is excellent. If you combine this with the hop on hop off bus ticket, take the green line to Sentosa, then locate the Sentosa express monorail to Imbiah station and you can catch both cable cars from there. Took me a while to locate this so I hope it helps someone out.
