Vanesa was our guide and she is wonderful! However, her female coworker was extremely rude and not understanding. The activity started at 1600, so I arrived at 1555. She told me I was late multiple times in a rude manner, and embarrassed me in front of other people attending this tour. The email about this tour did not specify why I should arrive early (just like many other activities I’ve participated in before). I’m not sure why I was getting yelled by some random individual who wasn’t my guide. That lady needs to work on her manner towards people who are making her job possible.

This is a magical experience and I thorougly recommend it. The operators were really effficient. Our guide Ari was excellent. He put us at ease, was friendly with a great sense of humour. He covered the safety aspects thoroughly and clearly. He had good knowledge of the silfra and the geology. As long as you can swim you don't need snorkling experience. The pool and the water weere incredibly beautiful.

Getting geared up, and the snorkeling itself was amazing ! Waiting in the hot sun fully heated for the other groups….not so amazing. However that would not stop me from doing this again, whatsoever. It was an absolutely incredible experience. Something else I would have enjoyed was learning more about the geology of the Silfra dive site, and the two plates.
