What people are saying about Sighișoara

Amazingly beautiful day in Transylvania

The best element of the trip was our guide Cristian. He gave us a broad historical introduction, both related to the places we visited, and to the history of Romania in general. Very, very exciting. Sigishora was a really nice city, with a cozy atmosphere. Brancastel was beautiful and had an exciting history - there was not much vampire / horror atmosphere over the place though, so if that is what you expect you may well be disappointed :) The drive was long, but incredibly beautiful, with mountains, forest, cows on the road and horse-drawn car All in all, we clearly recommend leaving.

Amazing experience. A great way to see more of Transylvania and learn about the history. It is really diverse and steeped in history. This is a full day trip and you will see a few different areas that as a tourist, you would not be able to see on your own. We had Florin as our guide. He was excellent. He was very passionate about the history of Transylvania and had a vast amount of knowledge. He was really easy to get along with and talk to. Overall a 10/10 experience and a must see if you want to get a feel of Transylvania and learn about different cultures.

A long day but worth it

Christian was fantastic and had so much information. He was flexible and accommodated our wishes brilliantly. Be prepared for a long time in the car but ask g as you have daylight there is so much to see on the journey.

Absolutely loved how George didn't make you feel like this was just another tour or he was just another tour guide. He's a real local and has amazing knowledge

The tour was very interesting, few people. I highly recommend
