Amazingly beautiful day in Transylvania
The best element of the trip was our guide Cristian. He gave us a broad historical introduction, both related to the places we visited, and to the history of Romania in general. Very, very exciting. Sigishora was a really nice city, with a cozy atmosphere. Brancastel was beautiful and had an exciting history - there was not much vampire / horror atmosphere over the place though, so if that is what you expect you may well be disappointed :) The drive was long, but incredibly beautiful, with mountains, forest, cows on the road and horse-drawn car All in all, we clearly recommend leaving.
Very good guide, who was very well informed about the history of the places visited, but also about the social development of Romania and responded to my wishes and questions. I also really liked the places and landscapes.
