    This was a great tour. Our guide was very enthusiastic and informative about the city. She gave us a deeper understanding of the culture and pride of the people of Siena. I wish we had done the tour as soon as we arrived because it would have enriched our stay tremendously. The only drawback was that although our guide had a very good grasp of the English language, her accent was rather heavy so it was very difficult to understand her unless you were looking directly at her when she spoke. This is not a criticism of the guide (we are in her country after all), but rather a recommendation to stay near and pay close attention and you will learn a lot.

    Marella was our guide who was welcoming informative and entertaining. We were only there for one night but learnt so much in those 2 hours walking around Siena and finishing in the Duomo got his cathedral. Highly recommended if you want to know more about Siena

    what a wonderful tour of Siena. Our guide "Mare" is from Siena and she couldn't be more proud of her dragon contrade and town. It just beamed through her on our trip. We learned so much about the history of the city but more importantly about the neighborhoods. Cant say enough good things about this tour and our guide. Sometimes you question the value of a guide BUT not in Siena not this guide not this tour. Absolute must and so happy to have spent some time with her as she showed us her lovely town.
