There is a lot to see in the beautiful Siena Duomo. We did not have a guide which would have made it more enjoyable, but opted for this package instead of waiting in line to enter - so we were able to skip the line and get out of the sun.

Unfortunately, the lady in the ticket queue didn't realize that we had already reserved tickets, so we had to stand in line first. Only when we were already far ahead did her colleague notice the error when I complained and we were allowed to go to the other checkout immediately. Nevertheless, like everyone else, you had to wait in the museum for the snake to the viewpoint. That was about 30 minutes although not much was going on.

If you have the tickets, go past the (usually) existing line in front of the ticket entrance. Inside then to the left counter, where the E tickets are exchanged for print tickets. Hassle free and no waiting time. I would do it again, even if this service costs something..... better than waiting in the heat for so long.
