We had a great two day tour in the temples of ankor. On the first day we visited four smaller but impressive temples. On the second day, we watched the sunrise in front of Ankor Wat and strolled through the temple afterwards. The change of light during sunrise was really amazing und worth the shortened sleep. After ankor, we had breakfast and visited two more temples (including the temple known from Tomb Raider). Our guide Pireak (or just Pi) was really great. He impressed us not only with his knowledge about the history and underlying religious stories of the temples but also with side notes or fun facts. Also he had some great skills as a photographer to capture the best moments of our tour! We couldn’t be assigned to a better guide. We were also supplied with enough cold water and fresh towels to fight the heat of cambodia! Overall just very impressive two days at ankor!
Our guide, Saruon Pal, was delightful! Very friendly and informative and he is a great photographer! Willing to take the time to ensure everyone got good photos of themselves at the temples
