Berlin Victory Column

I booked this tour when I was still in England. Unfortunately we couldn’t make the original time. I called the organiser who couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. In fact John arranged for us to join an afternoon tour. As we approached the meeting time, John called me to make sure we were ok and knew where to meet. Super super helpful and friendly. Stefan, our tour guide was a fabulous guide who managed, on a cold and wet day, to bring the history of Germany to colourful life. His unbiased accounts of occurrences in Berlin were interesting and thought provoking. There were lots of questions asked by the group and Stefan engaged the whole group with his answers. In fact after he had checked we were all ok for time, he included extra information and the tour went into extra time. Without hesitation, he chatted informally about lots of aspects of Berlin such as escape attempts and the second generation Berlin Wall. Absolutely fascinating and totally engaging. I recommend this tour
