Witness the lush beauty of the Krka National Park on a day trip from Split or Trogir. Discover beautiful waterfalls, bird-filled wetlands, and a stunningly scenic setting. You will explore the famous Skradinski Buk – a unique travertine barrier beautifully sculptured by natural action. Depart from Split or Trogir and travel towards the park. Upon arrival, enjoy free time to stroll the well-organized trails and wander through the lush green forests at your own pace. Hike to a small collection of renovated stone houses, workshops, and other authentic buildings, including a watermill demonstrating sustainable village life from centuries ago. Wind your way down to the Krka River, stopping now and again to read the educational maps and exciting information about the herbs and animal species that make the park their home. Travel back to Split and Trogir via scenic and picturesque Dalmatian villages.

Your speedboat tour departs from the pier in front of the D-Resort hotel in Sibenik. At first, you will take a cruise through the Sibenik channel and see all its famous landmarks such as military bunkers, a sea tunnel called Hitler’s Eyes, and St Nicholas’ fortress.  Then, on the journey to Kornati, you will pass by Bavljenac, a small island famous for its stone walls that look like a giant fingerprint from above. After an hour you will enter the outer parts of Kornati National Park. This part of the archipelago is famous for its steep rock faces emerging from the sea. The first stop is on the island of Mana where you will have the opportunity to swim, snorkel, cliff dive or admire the views of its famous ruins.  After that, you'll visit the Lojena lagoon for swimming and snorkelling, followed by a lunch break at a tavern on the island of Levrnaka.  On the way back you will explore the inner part of Kornati archipelago, passing famous landmarks such as Tarac fortress. The last stopover is at Prvic Luka, where you can sip a coffee, eat some ice cream or just walk around. You will then be dropped off back at the initial meeting point.

You will be taken to 2 locations of exceptional natural value inside the National Park with an included boat ride down the river canyon. Meet in Split or Trogir and take a drive to Entrance Lozovac as this is the best place to start the 2-km walk around the Skradinski Buk waterfall. Pass through the old water mill system as your guide explains part of the history and traditions in this area. Then continue this fantastic walk on the wooden pathway with little lakes and waterfalls everywhere. This truly is one of the most preserved ecosystems in Croatia. Continue your journey with a boat ride down the river canyon to your second location inside the National Park, the lovely little town of Skradin. In this lower part of the stream, you will have an opportunity to cool down during the hot summer days with a nice swim in Skradin. And last but not least, a special surprise for those who love local food and wine. Only a 10-minute drive from our swimming spot, we have a little village called Plastovo, known for a few beautiful local family foods and wine stops. Next, enjoy wine tasting, learn about its production and history, and taste some of the family's local specialties. A total of 5-hour inside the Krka National Park at two locations with exceptional views and scenery, a boat ride, swimming inside of Skradin, and an extra visit to local family food and wine tavern. A relaxing day outside of the city that everyone will enjoy. Finish our day with a drive on the highway back to Trogir and Split.

Enjoy a pleasant drive along the coastline, passing by the towns of Split, Solin, Kaštela, Trogir, Primošten, and Šibenik on the way to the Krka National Park, one of the most beautiful national parks in Europe, located in the Šibenik-Knin County. Arrive at the park and head to the Krka River, which boasts seven magnificent waterfalls. Follow your guide to the longest and most beautiful of the waterfalls, Skradinski Buk, and admire this impressive feat of nature. Listen to your guide share information about the waterfall, which is also the site of the first hydropower plant in Europe and the second one in the world. Continue the tour with a walk along the boardwalks, crossing over travertine barriers along the way. As you explore, soak up the beauty of the river and learn about the variety of the park's vegetation. Visit the area's old watermills, which date back to the 19th, and see why they were so important and considered the symbol of the economic power. There will be ample time here to explore and take photos, or simply relax in the shade of the old oak and ash trees.

The flight starts by gliding over the Sinj field and crossing over the slopes of Kozjak towards Trogir. There, the view of the Kaštela Bay appears as we continue our flight towards Rogoznica and Primošten. Soon we will see the city of Šibenik on our right-hand side, where the contours of the Kornati islands will start to emerge. The flight over these interesting cliffs, miniature islands and reefs takes about fifteen minutes, and ends with a turn towards Šibenik, where we leave Kaštela Bay on our left-hand side. The trip ends with flying over the town of Sinj and landing at the airport.

Krka National Park is located within the territory of Sibenik-Knin County along the Krka River. Once in the Park, you may enjoy last set of falls, before the river meets the sea. The Skradinski Buk Falls is a spectacular multi level cascade over travertine cliffs. This waterfall is known as a most beautiful waterfall in Europe. It is 46 meters high, which makes it the highest travertine (gypsum) barrier in Europe. Above the falls is a large plateau that offers spectacular views and a perfect photo opportunity. You'll also have a chance to visit the small ethnological exhibition and the old mill. The whole area is rich with flora and fauna. Due to strict new preservation laws, this extraordinary area has been kept in its original state. Skradinski buk is the longest and most visited waterfall on the Krka River, and one of the best known natural beauties in Croatia. The Krka spills over the 17 cascades which are formed by travertine barriers. You can view the cascades on a leisurely and safe walk along the walking trails and wooden bridges. Bathing is permitted at Skradinski buk so don't forget your bathing suit. Visit the old water mills, the ethnography collection, the souvenir shop, or find refreshments in one of the hospitality facilities. On your request, visit the river island Visovac or any other part of the National Park.
