This was a truly amazing tour experience organised by Pawan. It was hosted at the house that he lives in with his wonderful wife and lovely daughter. It was a real pleasure to meet them both too on the day of the tour. The food was all freshly cooked before our arrival by Pawan's wife. Everything tasted really fantastic and it was really great knowing that we were eating the same food that is eaten in most homes - throughout the Himachal region. We were also given plenty of details by Pawan about Himahal culture & traditions - enabling us to get a true sense of feeling of what life would be like to live as a local in Shimla. If you have a list of tours in Shimla that you want to try and complete then you must ensure that this tour is near the very top of that list. I guarantee that you will not be disappointed. Many thanks to Pawan and his lovely family for making this such a truly wonderful experience and a major highlight of our fantastic time in Shimla.
