We were a bit unlucky with the weather and didn't get to see the stars per se as it was cloudy, but our tour guide really tried his best to give us some information of the stars and constellations and he still allowed us to see through the telescopes, the little we were able to see. We really appreciated their efforts. Really enjoyed the quad riding, you do a decent bit of riding and you are supported throughout by a team of very helpful guides. I personally wasn't that great and felt very supported throughout. Guides really look after you. You are a bit hassled for money and pictures which you will need to pay for. We ended up agreeing to pay, but make sure you haggle a good price. Food in the Bedouin tent is really good and decent size, the show is pretty good too. We had a lovely evening in the desert and I would totally recommend this trip.

The overall organization of the tour was quite good. They explained to us what was going happen (however despite booking the Italian tour, nobody ever spoke in Italian but in English). The ATV ride was very fun (the return was at night in the dark which I really enjoyed as well). The tea stop however was a bit unclear because they told us and asked us if we wanted some free "tea" (I think they mentioned a sort of specialty tea or drink that they have) but we actually never got any (we instead ended up buying a sprite). Remember to bring a scarf and some sunglasses as it will be full of dust in the desert (if you don't have any, they also sell it there).

Ik ben in het verleden 4 keer op quad tour gegaan in De Egyptisch Woestijn (Hurghada) maar telkens niet zo goed als deze. Stipt op tijd werden wij opgehaald met een gids. Deze was perfect engelstalig en aangelegd met humor. De eerste activiteit was quadrijden in de woestijn naar de eerste stop bedoeïenentent en kameel rijden. Na de eerste stop reden we door naar de 2de pauzeplek om vervolgens door te rijden naar onze laatste stop. Hierbij werden we gezellig ontvangen met een barbecue met uitgebreide extra’s. Tijdens het eten genoten we van een show die door Egyptenaren werd opgevoerd. Deze was perfect qua lengte. Vervolgens werden we meegenomen voor een uitleg en sterrenkijken met telescoop. De sterrengids was fantastisch, hij vertelde leuk en op een slimme manier met aanduiding van de sterren over de sterren en planeten zelf. Hij was zeer humoristisch aangelegd. Na deze vakkundige uitleg terig richting startplek Kortom het was een fantastische ervaring, prijs/kwaliteit uitmuntend.
