What to Expect
Get out and explore beyond Sharm el-Sheikh with an unforgettable day trip to Dahab. Your minibus will pick you up from your hotel in Sharm el-Sheikh and head for the small town of Dahab, about an hour and a half away.
Wander through Dahab Bay with your local guide, who will point out places of interest, give you the lowdown on the best bazaars, and help you orient yourself around town.
The tour base in Dahab is Eel Garden. A mere five minutes walk from Dahab Bay, Eel Garden is set on the shores of the popular diving and snorkel site of the same name. It is simply a beautiful reef in Aqaba Bay that is great for all levels of snorkel ability making it the perfect place to spend a day in Dahab.
Your snorkelling equipment is yours to use for the day, so you are welcome to come and go as you wish. Whether you want to explore Dahab at your leisure or spend all of your time by the water, it is your call!
Enjoy a fresh local lunch served mid-day, and have the rest of the afternoon to relax by the pool, snorkel amongst the wicked reef, or head back along the bay into the town.

Know Before You Go
A range of activities are possible while you are in Dahab and your guide will be happy to let you know all about these. They are available at an additional cost.
Wear modest casual clothing, and bring a sarong and/or cover up to wear at the beach or by the pool. Also bring your bathing suit and swimming gear.
In the winter months it is advised that you bring a jacket as Dahab is known for its wind meaning temperatures can get a bit chilly.
