Mr. Wang and Ms. Jessie are the team of top professionals. Great tour!

Both guide and a chauffeur were very mindful about what each group member wants, were very customer oriented while on duty, which is a pleasure to see. On top of that, they were both interesting interlocutors and were genuinely invested into every conversation with us. If every team of guides had been like that at any destination I was travelling to, I would have been the happiest tourist. The route was planned and adjusted (when needed) extremely well. Mr. Wang was driving safely and comfortably. Jessie was answering all our questions professionally and coherently in cheerful manner, and could elaborate on everything that we were encountering during our tour around Shanghai. If I didn’t praise some aspect of the tour, it’s not because it wasn’t on par with everything aforementioned, it is because I am running out of characters capacity here. I believe I have outlined the key factors that every tourist wants to find on their journey abroad in a guided tour. Firmly recommend this tour.

Fun experience with super guide Julia

A great way to see the city! You do need to be a confident and assertive cyclist as you will be weaving around traffic, but the cars are very courteous (mopeds less so!) Having said that our guide did everything to look after us and showed us best routes. A fun way to learn about the city and get better orientation of the major sights so you better know which to visit when on your own - Julia our Guide was fun and full of energy - she loved being quizzed on everything so don’t be shy in asking. Also there was time to pause for a little bartering in the old town where she helped negotiate some bargains for us! And impromptu fruit shopping - a really can do lady :) In my ratings below I only marked 3/5 for value for money because I paid 3 times as much for the trip than other people in the group. Otherwise all super and I would do it again when I come back with my husband

Jesse was an excellent guide with great English. We got to see a lot throughout the day in Shanghai. She also had a great knowledge at all the stops we had and answered all our questions. She has been the best guide we have had so far in China and we have been on a number of tours. I would give Jesse the highest recommendation.

The best way to see all the highlights in one day

Transport in a high class mini van, exceptional and helpful tour guide with great English speaking skills. We saw more things than mentioned in the tour page and enjoyed the great views. The guide knew where to go and when in order to avoid crowds. The lunch was good, but not great.

Our guide May was very friendly and funny. She was able to cater to all needs in the group, and made it a fun and exiting day for everyone.
