The communication with Tom from Hikeshanghai was impeccable, friendly and professional. The pickup worked well, the driver was very nice, the ride to the hotel comfortable and easy. The price is high compared to taxi prices in China, but it facilitates the entry into orientation in a foreign city with a foreign language.
