Book a VIP service with an English-speaking greeter at Shanghai Hongqiao Airport (SHA). Your friendly greeter will escort you through exclusive lanes for customs and passport controls, so you will skip the normal queue. The greeter will also be your porter and will carry 2 of your bags.
For arrival, your greeter will be waiting for you with a name board at the airbridge or at the bus arrival point for outports. Your greeter will escort you to the arrivals hall.
For departure, your greeter will be waiting for you at a dedicated point and escort you through the check-in and security checkpoint. You will then be escorted to a VIP lounge. Your greeter will pick up you again to take you to the boarding gate when the time comes.
