  • Seward: Kenai Fjords Half Day Wildlife Cruise

    1. Seward: Kenai Fjords Half Day Wildlife Cruise

Experience the local wildlife in Resurrection Bay on this fully narrated tour. Rather than following a set route, your crew will steer you to the wildlife most often seen through Resurrection Bay. Watch as sea otters carry their pups on their bellies. Marvel at the speed of the Dall's porpoise as they surf the vessel's wake. Be awed by the size and majesty of orcas, humpbacks, and other incredible whale species. This adventures is perfect for families, those with limited time, or guests worried about seasickness.

Despite less than optimal weather conditions, the crew was amazing and informative and it was a wonderful day! Parts of the world I would have never seen by by water!

  • Seward: Kenai Fjords National Park 6-Hour Cruise

    2. Seward: Kenai Fjords National Park 6-Hour Cruise

Board one of the largest catamarans in the region and spend a day filled with wildlife, glaciers, mountains and more. The cruise begins by searching for wildlife in the protected waters of Resurrection Bay. Whales, sea otters, and puffins are often sighted within minutes of leaving the harbor. A National Park Ranger will provide information on the area's wildlife, glaciers, fjords, and history. Stop at one tidewater glacier that has frequent calving events, where giant chunks of glacial ice break off and crash into the water. A full bar is available for those wanting to enjoy an Alaskan Amber of glacier margarita. Savor a deli-style lunch onboard while you cruise.

It was a great trip, even through rough seas in the Gulf of Alaska crossing. Excellent captain and a friendly and knowledgeable crew. We saw eagles, seals, orcas, otters, and Daal porpoises and got a bit of history on each. Fantastic!

We were blessed to have an unusually beautiful September day!! No rain and 60 degrees!! Rain and bad weather two days before. And the day after! But on September 11th, the day we went was beautiful! It was the 6 hour tour and we saw a pod of 3 Orca whales, a rare Minke whale, sea otters sea lions, and puffins! The glaciers were spectacular! The captain of the boat was so informative and watchful of things to see. It was truly the Alaskan experience I was hoping for!!

The tour was excellent. The crew really want out of their way to locate wildlife for us to view. They even went the extra mile and stayed longer at the ice glacier to make sure everyone got to take enough pictures. Prices onboard for food and beverages was very reasonably priced

Beautiful scenery. I took Dramamine before hand and didn’t have any trouble with sea sickness. The staff was very nice! You can move around the boat and take in all of the views as you please. The wildlife was awesome to see.

Highlight of our trip! Truly an awesome experience.
