This three-hour Spanish cookery class will teach you how to prepare a traditional four-course menu, consisting of soup, entree, main dish, and dessert. You will learn some of the secrets of delicious Spanish cuisine.
What to Expect
In this class, you will learn Spanish recipes and tips from professional chefs. Guests learn how to cook with fresh and seasonal ingredients, which are always available because of the location in the Triana food market. You can involve yourself in the preparation of the dishes according to your ability, and you will learn and develop new techniques and skills.

A typical menu consists of salmorejo soup, spinach with chickpeas, paella and a light dessert. All materials and ingredients are provided by the school. Sangria and table olives are served during the class, and at the end guests eat what has been cooked, accompanied by up to two drinks (soft drinks, Spanish wine or beer). Once back home, you will be able to practice what you have learned. You will receive written recipes and lots of tips!
