This was such a fun class! Great for solo travelers as well as group. You get a bit of orientation to the market plus some history prior to getting your hands into the ingredients and cooking away! The staff running the class were personable and patient. Everyone got a chance to participate. The sangria and wine with the meals was great. Would 100% recommend!

We had a wonderful morning with Ines and Domenico. The class was excellent and we learned a lot. They catered for me with gluten intolerance and another member of our group as a vegetarian with out missing a beat, we were well cared for. Our meal, which we were guided to produce was delicious and we will forever change the way we look at Spanish cuisine, for the better I must say.

Informative, friendly, engaging, inclusive and fun.

We had a lovely time. Keiko and Dom were very passionate about what they were doing and they made it a very immersive experience. It was good value for money with lots of delicious food and plenty to drink. I feel confident that I will be able to make the meals when I get home. It was helpful to be sent the recipes afterwards as then we could enjoy the day without needing to write anything down. They catered well for different food needs including children and vegetarians.
