If you have a chance to get this tour while you are in Sevilla, ensure that your guide is Lupe! She did an outstanding job guiding us through both monuments with full passion and a lot of stories she had to tell during the visits. Excellent! I was absolutely blown away. I normally avoid getting guides and prefer doing my own research, but Lupè, the fantastic guide, (she) was amazing. Her storytelling, anecdotes, passion, tidbits, ability to draw historical connections across europe, was MINDBLOWING. I was transported to a different world. I highly highly recommend this tour. This experience has converted me, now I will probably always get a guide as the experience was so fantastic. I assure you, this is worth EVERY penny if not more. Thank you!

The office reception was helpful and polite at the start of the tour. Had an initial problem with my ear piece that was quickly resolved. Our guide had excellent knowledge and was clear and easy to understand. I would have liked more time to explore the gardens of the Alcazar but this was not possible due to time limitations having booked the joint Alcazar and cathedral ticket.
