Loved the skip the line part as there was a line around the entire building that we would not have wanted to wait in. It was easy to find our guide and tour, even with the large amount of people there. Our guide was so sweet and obviously very knowledgeable, however, english was not his first language and subsequently it was sometimes difficult to understand him and he had to speak slowly. He sincerely tried his best though and we appreciated that.

The tour overall was fantastic. The guide was very knowledgable and explained things in an easy to follow manner. My only issue was the group was smalls and was half English speakers and half Spanish speakers, so they went back and forth between Spanish and English, which was not ideal.

The tour was good , timed well. The guide was very knowledgeable and explained everything well. I was under the impression that had booked English only tour but for the Alcázar tour it was bilingual. The tours should be very clear when specifying the language, & if they are going to change this .
