Although advertised as 3 hours the tours were not consecutive. After a one and a half hour morning tour in the Cathedral we were then told the Alcazar tour was not until mid afternoon, leaving a two hour gap between tours and forcing us to change our plans for the day. Organisation at the beginning of the tour was poor. We were left standing in the heat while three or four people tried to sort out who was going where and with what for over 15 minutes after the start time. Tour groups were too big and the tours seemed rushed although once in the Alcazar we were free to stay on and see more and enjoy the gardens.

We had good guides, including Maria José. However I preferred the visit of the palace of Alcazar magnificent place to the visit of the cathedral. Looking back, the visit to the palace would have been enough for me. Skip the line ticket so no waiting, headset with explanations in French. Small group. Really very interesting.
