Full description
Depart Seville and journey by air-conditioned coach through the countryside of southern Spain en route to Jerez de la Frontera, famous for its horses and sherry wine production. Upon arrival in the palm-filled city, visit one of its historical bodegas where the sherry is produced. Meet your winemaker host and learn what makes the local sherry so special as you tour the grounds and see wooden casks in the cellars. Taste a delectable selection of sweet and dry sherry varieties in a unique atmosphere. Then, go to the Royal Andalusian School of Equestrian Art to watch an authentic horse ballet. Marvel at the choreography, based on traditional and cowboy methods of taming wild horses, all set to Spanish music. Next, travel along the Costa de la Luz en route to the city of Cádiz. Follow your local guide to the cathedral in the historic city center, and get some free time to enjoy lunch and explore on your own.

Excellent experience in Jerez, we enjoyed the visit to the cellar of Tio Pepe and the Andalusian horses. In Cádiz I recommend visiting the Cathedral, being short the time for lunch is not recommended, the attention of the restaurants is not good. Maybe a small lunch and take advantage of knowing.

From the moment we were picked up we knew this was going to be a funday. Petra our tour guide was fun, so too the winery and Andalusians. We had a bonus ferry ride across the bay and plenty of time to walk around Cádiz. My only feedback is to have a little bit of time to walk around the gardens after the horse show and a TIP on booking to let people know to bring water. It’s a long time from 8am to lunch time before we got to eat or drink.

Very interesting tour (I was enthusiastic) and also very comfortable because there is not much to walk; they are targeted visits and not walks in the city (the panoramic tour of the cities is done by car while traveling). What I would improve: add snacks to accompany the wine tasting; an extra 30 minutes in Cadiz or a tip: bring packed lunches and lunches on the Cadiz promenade. Restaurants and bars are stormed.
