Full description

Hop aboard for a journey to spot dolphins in their natural habitat. Enjoy a welcome drink of Moscatel de Setúbal, as a great way to kick start your tour, and then head out to see the dolphins. After spotting the dolphins, you will receive an explanation in Portuguese and English. Then, make a short stop to swim and hear some explanations about the main interest points. Passing by Arrábida Mountain will also offer completely different sights of the region. The catamaran has two underwater rooms that can be used to see the bottom of the sea or you may even see a dolphin from them.

It was such a nice experience being able to be close to the dolphins. The net at the bow made the experience more exciting. The crew did their best so we can see the lovely creatures have fun in their natural habitat. The team consists of not only expert marine biologists but also a professional skipper, photographer, and the most important, the wine/beverage bringer. During the tour, they explain to us about the species, the sanctuary background, and the ways how to approach the animals. And on the way they also provide information about the historical background of the fortresses that was built up the mountains, and so on. It’s just so nice knowing that they really take care of the environment while showing us the beauty of it. The boat was beautiful, clean, and is equipped with proper life saving equipments. The team ensures that passengers have equal amount of time to see the dolphins as well. Everyone was happy, especially the kids that were also there. Overall, it was PERFECT!

Sea was calm. Only saw 2 dolphins but good boat trip. Pleasant company as was travelling alone.
