- Cumeeiras dirt road;
- Highlight Pico da Cruz with stop (10 min), very high place where several lakes can be seen, magical when good weather conditions;
- Cumeeiras Viewpoint of the twin lakes with stop (10 min);
- Center of the Parish of Sete Cidades for 15/30 minutes rest, walk, coffee, toilets and optional visit to the neo-Gothic style Church of São Nicolau;
- Sete Cidades arches bridge and explanation of its history and relevance to the parish with stop (10 min);
- Trail surrounding the Blue Lake and peninsula, including a stop to explain the Tunnel, its relevance, technical features and history (10 min);
- Cerrado das Freiras and Lagoa de Santiago viewpoint with stop (5 min);
- Lomba do Vasco Viewpoint with stop (5 min);
- Ponta do Escalvado Viewpoint with stop (5 min);
- Rocha da Relva Viewpoint with stop (5 min).
12:30 pm - 2:00 pm - Time for Lunch at a restaurant to be booked (1h30min).

- Lagoa do Fogo viewpoints with stop (5 min);

- Salto do Cabrito waterfall with stop (45 min) (Requires walking);

- Caldeiras da Ribeira Grande (Hot wells & Springs) passing through the Ribeira Grande streams with stop (15 min).
4:30 pm - 5:30 pm - End and return with drop-off at the same pick-up locations.
