YOU HAVE MANY OPTIONS: PESTO EXPERIENCE: You will learn the preparation and secrets for making REAL Pesto according to the Genoese recipe. Work with a real mortar all for you under the guidance of a Personal Chef... in the end PESTO PRODUCT WILL BE YOURS! You will receive a special container to take away the fruit of your labor. You can also choose another of the cooking courses offered: PASTA EXPERIENCE - I Corzetti, ancient Ligurian pasta made with wooden molds and Genoese potato gnocchi. FOCACCIA & BREAD EXPERIENCE - You will make the REAL Genoese Focaccia and our award-winning Pane Marinaro. FISH EXPERIENCE - Your Personal Chef will guide you in the creation of two fish recipes: the Vernazzina pie and another recipe depending on the daily catch. A glass of wine is provided at the beginning of each course for motivational purposes! Each course will be followed exclusively by a PERSONAL Chef Tutor. Finally...
