We had a wonderful time with our tour guide Henrique. He was very friendly, helpful, engaged, and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to show us the best of Sesimbra. The coasteering was physically intensive but definitely doable for someone moderately in shape. Make sure you're wearing shoes that feel safe climbing rocks in (laces are important). The views were fantastic and the jumps were very exciting. Henrique made us feel safe and went at a pace we were comfortable with. The excursion was a little pricey, but definitely an amazing experience that I recommend!

This was the highlight of my trip to Portugal! Mariana and Henrique were kind, helpful, and went above and beyond! Since I was the only there, Henrique took photos for me and even made a stop at a castle on the way back that I had commented on while we drove there! Aside from them, the beauty of Sesimbra is astounding. Anyone who visits Lisbon needs to do this!

Both the guide and the skipper were nice and pleasant. The guide was professional and answered all the questions we had. It took awhile until we've found dolphins but when we did it was an amazing experience!

I loved it, the girls were super kind, friendly, Naiara made me feel super safe, I loved it, I highly recommend it.

It was great adventure. Instructor was really professional.
