I’ve done plenty of things in the US that said “moderate effort required” or “bring good hiking shoes” that had handrails the whole way or the like. As long as you follow the guides’ instruction and take reasonable caution, you’ll be perfectly fine. However, they are not overselling the level of excursion here. Climbing slippery rocks, jumping from 6-9 meter heights, and dangling from cliff faces are all real parts of this adventure with some of the most beautiful views along the way. I also appreciated the genuine effort to preserve nature.

Amazing experience, especially for the price. Our tour guide took us along the coast. We saw really cool looking caves and afterwards, he took us to a very beautiful beach. He gave us local snacks as well as juice+water. The guide was really kind and made the experience really enjoyable

perfect experience to welcome me to Portugal! on time, easy, and willing to help transport my cats including carrying them into my airbnb!

It was a great experience and our tour guide, Martim, was amazing! We had a great time. Highly recommended! Thanks Martim!
