The very fortunate may even catch sight of a turtle! End your tour in Komi village, one of the largest on the island, located near the largest agricultural area called Livadi, where the famous Tinian artichoke is grown. Most of the villagers work as farmers and every year in spring, the Artichoke Festival is held in Komi.

The temple was dedicated to the God of the sea, Poseidon, and was considered a sacred place of worship. Perched on the highest point of the rocky promontory and surrounded by 3 seas, it was an important maritime navigational point as well as a sign of hope for sailors returning to Athens after many days at sea. Not only can you explore the historical monuments on site, but the Cape also offers a spectacular panoramic view of the Aegean sea and nearby islands such as Kea, Kythnos, Serifos, and Aigina.
