Our tour guide was amazing! The accommodations were very nice & clean. The food was delicious. The whole experience was a dream. The time for our departure flight was not properly communicated with myself or our driver. We found out the morning of which cut into our second day game drive. Didn’t actually have tickets but was able to get on the next flight out. Got delayed for approximately 3 hours in Arusha which caused use to arrive back to Zanzibar much later than planned cutting into our vacation. However, communication during our delay was amazing & there was no hesitation to compensate our inconvenience. We were met at the airport by 2 employees & they personally apologized as well as discussed compensation amount. They were very kind and professional. Very thoughtful to come in person to assure the customer is safe & happy. Well done you guys!

The safari with transport to and from the hotel in Zanzibar worked well. What would be desirable here, however, is a flight confirmation, ticket or something else, otherwise you would stand in front of the counter empty-handed and have to ask around. The safari was GREAT!!!! Many thanks to Edward Kagaruki. He was a great guide with a lot of experience and knowledge. We saw a lot of animals - including leopards, cheetahs and lots of lions. The accommodation in the Ikoma Lodges was a great experience - a large tent house with toilet and shower and a great terrace with a view of the Serengeti. The food and the staff there (thanks Samira) were super great. Thank you for this unforgettable adventure

This a safari experience you do not want to miss out on! Fly from Zanzibar to the park Wake up early in the morning for your transfer from your hotel to the airport in Zanzibar. From here you will depart to the Seronera airstrip, right in the middle of the National Park! Our driver guide will be waiting here for you. Your safari adventure will start the moment you arrive with a full-day game drive. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the middle of the Serengeti during break time. Spot animals and relax at our lodge After enjoying your full-day game drive your driver guide will bring you to your accommodation, Africa Safari Serengeti Ikoma. The accommodation is only a 5-minute drive away from the Serengeti gate, giving you the feeling you are still right in the park! Be amazed by its beautiful environment and the wildlife walking around. Experience the wildlife adventure and fly back to Zanzibar The following morning, after breakfast, you will enjoy another small game drive while you are on your way to the airstrip of Seronera. From here you will fly back to Zanzibar, where our driver will await you to bring you back to your hotel.
