Cristtel was a great guide for our first day in Seoul. She helped us get metro cards and showed us how to add money to them. She also showed us to Gyeokbokjung palace, the Bukchon Hanok village, to Insadong, lunch and a themed cafe. We had a great time and appreciated not having to navigate to all those places on our first day there!

Local guide was Brian Bae. Great guide for solo travel. 5 stars. Brian Will help with navigating the metro system and taking you to local tourist attractions. Only issue was with platform customer service. Took some time for platform to update time changes with local guide

Pauline was awesome! Wow what a great way to start our trip in Korea. We arrived very early, dropped our bags off at the hotel (could not check in yet) and Pauline met us there and showed us all around the city for 4 hours. Great to have lunch with her (we paid, food is pretty inexpensive anyway) at a great spot with her help after learning what we were in the mood to eat. We had enough time to see the Secret Garden and another palace and some cute historic shops. We learned how to do the subway and Pauline bought our tickets to the Garden and subway in advance for us (paid her back when we met— the Garden is by advance reservation only). Pauline was so nice and friendly — spoke fluent Korean, her English was easy to understand since she is a French expat. Great knowledge and fun! Def recommend! Ask for Pauline when you book :)
