Full description
This tour is not structured or time-sensitive. It is a tour where you can freely enjoy nature and spend time leisurely. Our host Koa always eager to show you this wonderful place in Seoul. The Han River here is truly peaceful and quiet, and the waves are calm. WHAT YOU CAN SEE & DO In the middle of the Han River, you can see Lotte Tower, the tallest building in Korea, and Seoul Tower, the most famous landmark. Even though you are in a busy and huge city of Seoul, you will feel calm and serene as if you are in a meditation room. You can also enjoy swimming and tanning during the tour. HOW IT GOES. First of all, we have time to change clothes. (We have personal lockers.) We have short orientation about how to use all the equipments and having safety information for 10 minutes. Then, the instructor leads you for 20 minutes on the river together to check whether you feel comfortable or not. When everything is alright, you will have your own time for 90 minutes. 1. Participants of "10am-tour" can have an optional lunch called Jjajangmyeon(delivery food). 2. If you join during sunset time, you can enjoy a wonderful and beautiful sunset and scenery.

One of the most memorable things I’ve ever done! First time trying out stand up paddle board and it was so much fun! Koa explained everything really well. When he made sure I was safe to go, I could just go on my own. The view was amazing and you have plenty of time to do your thing. 10/10 recommend!

My friend and I had a really great time kayaking in the double kayak. We went early in the morning so that there were less people. It was very peaceful and calm and the sights were good. You also get some proper photos taken of you kayaking which was nice to have as a souvenir at the end. However, it was our first time kayaking and we were not told what to do. Thank goodness the other people doing the activity with us knew what to do and taught us.

Apologies for not writing this sooner. I thought I had. Kayaking on the Han River is certainly a delight - there’s so much to admire and be enthralled by. And whether you choose to mull serenely on the water, or paddle to your heart’s & arms’ content, I’m sure you won’t be disappointed - the views are breathtaking - what with the skyscrapers & water’s reflections; it’s a poet’s paradise. I did this activity twice over my 5 week trip and wished I’d had the chance to do more -it is exceptionally peaceful & satisfying - furthermore, it’s a great workout for the arms! It is very reasonable in price and could/should be double considering the time you’re out there and what they charge in the UK. The staff are very friendly & flexible, whilst equipment is safe & reliable. There are also changing rooms, and showers, making the activity easy to do before or after something else you have planned in or around Seoul. I’d definitely recommend - a big thumbs up from me!
