Whilst I was initially confused when it said to pick up between 10 and 11 in terminal 1 I thought it was the gate where you board the place and before immigration. But after using the chat to ask support I learnt it was after immigration 😀. Otherwise everything else was easy with picking up and using the SIM card

Excellent. Super useful. Once you land you can go straight to the counter, take a number and get both thr transport and sim card. If you have a phone with an esim, I recommend the esim but if your phone holds two Sims, it's fine. Make sure you get enough 3g for your entire trip. The transport card - you'll have to charge it on the machines with CASH (they don't take cards). I used it a lot. It works all over Korea including Jeju island. It's pay as you go.

Ted asked me what we were interested in and crafted a walk targettes to our interests. It was a mix of well known points of interests and small places we would never have found on our own, which created the impression of a charming “random” walk. Ted is really, really kind. Clearly driven by a desire to make us happy. I could not recommend him more
