Due to a domestic SIM card data breach, SKT airport roaming centers are prioritizing SIM replacements. SKT physical SIM cards will be UNAVAILABLE for AIRPORT PICK-UP until May 31, 2025, due to long wait times.

1. The QR Code on GetYourGuide's voucher is not the eSIM QR Code. The eSIM QR code will be delivered to you separately via email 1 day before the activity date

3. The eSIM will be connected to the local network AFTER you have arrived in Korea.

1. Data Allowance : Unlimited data without speed throttling
2. Voice Calls & SMS : Korean phone number provided. Voice & Text services can be activated after online verification**. The eSIM options comes with complimentary 2,640 KRW voice credits** (around 10 mins. of domestic calls in Korea) .

4. Activation: The SIM card / eSIM starts instantly when connected to SKT’s network, based on hours. (e.g. 3-day SIM: Activated on JAN 1 22:00 and ends on JAN 4 22:00)

**IMPORTANT**
• Please confirm your phone is supporting eSIM before purchasing the eSIM options. eSIM cannot be refunded once issued.
• Only foreigners with an overseas passport are eligible. Korean passport holders are unable to buy.
• This is a short-term (within 90 days) tourist product. Foreigners staying for 91 days or longer could face service limitations or be suspended without prior notification. Refunds will not be issued in these situations.

[Important Notice]
• Only one phone number can be registered on each passport.
• All SIM cards must be validated online by each user in order to activate the call function when several SIM cards are being collected.
• The SIM/eSIM can only be used for data services before being validated online.
• You will be required to provide the rental contract number and SIM card/eSIM phone number during the verification process, in addition to your personal details. The contract given upon collection or the voucher (eSIM) both contain these numbers.
• You must recharge online before using the call feature after it has been activated.
