Our tour guide, Mr. Kim definitely knows his history. Learned a lot of Korean history that were not written on books. He was smart and funny. Pick up and drop-off was easy and convenient. The itinerary was followed on schedule but we never felt rushed and had enough time to go around and savor the spots. And this is coming from a group of family with 4 kids, 6 year’s and under. Even though we didn’t get to visit the DMZ due to the swine flu closure, the alternative tour was educational and fun nonetheless. I highly recommend this tour group.

Due to unforeseen circumstances the DMZ was closed, however we were taken on an alternative tour that we was every bit as good as the original tour would’ve been. Our tour guide, Mr. Peter, was a wonderful and told us everything we needed to know about Korean history and the conflict between north and south. We were able to go to the war memorial of Korea, the freedom bridge over the river into the DMz and also to an observation tower where we could see into North Korea. We could even see farmers harvesting rice in the fields there. It was an amazing experience and our driver and tour guide were wonderful.

The tour took us to all the main sites and we had sufficient time to explore on our own. Constant informative commentary during the journey. Only downside was we went on a Saturday and there were many other big tour groups about so it was busy with buses in the car park and queues to get into the tunnel but this didn’t majorly detract from the day.
