We had a great day, the highlight I think was the glacier but the whole day was full of amazing and beautiful sights. Our guide Amelia was brilliant, she was full of local knowledge, we really enjoyed her story telling too. She was very friendly and approachable and also dealt well with the stragglers who didn't seem to be able to keep to time at each stop. Our driver Olly (sp?) was also great, drove really well in some difficult conditions. We were blessed with beautiful weather and even saw the Northern lights at our last stop and on our way back.
Superb trip, so glad we booked it. We were extremely lucky with the weather, glorious sunshine on New Year's day. Emilia our tour guide was very knowledgeable and fun, we got to see some of the beauty Iceland has to offer without the stress of driving in some challenging conditions. The trip was very well thought out given the limited daylight hours and we enjoyed it so much.
