Full description
If you are staying in Sedona, your day begins with a scenic and narrated ride from the Red Rocks of Sedona to Flagstaff. You will travel through Oak Creek Canyon, named one of the top 10 scenic drives in the US, then through the towering Ponderosa Pines.  After picking up customers staying in Flagstaff, the vehicle will travel past the dormant volcanoes that make up the San Francisco Peaks and through Navajo Nation.  While on your journey, receive informative and entertaining narration about the areas you pass through from your experienced and knowledgeable local tour guide.  Travel through the Navajo Reservation as your guide shares stories of this ancient culture, and information about the unique geology and vistas along the way. Once you make it across the Navajo Reservation, you will have time to walk out on the unpaved path to see Horseshoe Bend, an iconic viewing vista.  Then, continue to be dazzled by the views at Glen Canyon Dam and the southernmost point of Lake Powell. Upon arrival in Page, Arizona, you will enjoy lunch at a local restaurant. After lunch, meet your Navajo guide for a spectacular tour of Antelope Canyon at the Canyon X site. Take advantage of many photo opportunities as you watch the angle of the sun changing inside the canyon.  Walk with the Navajo through the curves of this red rock slot canyon. You might even hear the sounds of flute music echo off the canyon walls.  After your tour, you'll begin your return trip from Antelope Canyon. You'll pass by the western edge of the Painted Desert as you re-cross the Navajo Reservation for a brief stop at the historic Cameron Trading Post. At the end of the tour, you will be dropped back to your hotel.

Antelope Canyon was an amazing site to see. The guy who toured us through the canyon was very informative, had some stories to tell and was very knowledgable when it came to cameras. He helped us with our iPhones and Samsung phones to put the settings on that enhanced are pictures so much more. We are looking forward to going back again and touring another part of the canyon.

Our guide Matt was excellent- knowledgeable and a great story teller. We learned so much about the geology, history and culture of the areas we traveled. The hikes and points of interest were perfect and we had plenty of time for restroom breaks and time for lunch. Really memorable tour!

Awesome experience! Steve B was a great tour guide and driver - lots of knowledge and super fun! The bus was nice and the tour guide allowed us to stop for multiple bathroom/snack breaks. Antelope canyon was super pretty and the tour guide (Josh) took the most amazing photos of us. Long day, but worth it. Multiple stops, pretty drive, and lunch was decent, too.
