We had a fab experience with Abdel - he was so knowledgeable and kind. We would recommend this to anyone who’s never been to Marrakesh or the souks - after this we had the confidence to explore by ourselves (as two young women). Abdel took us to Ben Youssef first and we beat the morning queues & shared great insights into its history and renovation. Then we visited 4 areas of the souks - leather, blacksmiths, fabric and herbs & spices. He indroduced us to shop owners he knew who showed us their trade. There was no pressure to buy - though we felt this section was a bit long - this was only as Abdel was kind enough not to rush others in our tour who wanted to shop. The herbologist was a highlight for us - we got to smell spices, tea, oils and more. Lastly we went to the secret garden. At peak time the queues were massive but we skipped it with Abdel! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would recommend to anyone considering it. Well worth it!

Absolutely amazing tour. While we had already walked through the souks on our own the previous day, it was so beneficial having a tour guide to make sense of the maze and to explain the different areas as well as provide history and context for Ben Youssef and the Secret Garden. 10 out of 10 experience!

Abdul was a fantastic guide giving us lots of interesting information on everything we saw and took us to lots of different places in the media that we would never have found without him If you book this tour make sure you have him as your guide!!

Great walking tour. Covered a lot of distance to give a good idea of local surroundings. Saw some hidden gems in the souks. Very friendly and knowledgeable guide.

Youssef is a superb guide , very knowledgeable and made sure we did everything we wanted to , we will definitely be using his services again
