The tour was informative and varied, the guide entertaining. But neither cheese tasting included in the booking nor Mac N Cheese took place. We also missed the chef's announced and very much hoped-for tips (that's why I booked the tour in particular, because I've been to the Pike Market several times) for inspiration in your own kitchen. We didn't understand why this tour was conducted by a chef or why it was designated as a chef's tour, we really didn't notice it. Accordingly, the tasted products, with the exception of the chowder and the tapas, were more normal than something special.

The food tour is a great way to see Pike Market. The Market is so big with so much to see and can get crowded in the summer. This tour gives you a framework to start with and the tastings are varied and delicious! We stayed after the tour in the market for a few more hours.

Great tour with Sylus around the market. Small group of 10 people. Saw all of the highlights of the market and had a good number of samples, all really tasty. Several vendors spoke about their products but did not push themselves on us which was good. Overall, really enjoyable and would recommend.
