Become part of Snowy's marine conservation crew during the winter themed weeks from 15 November until 7 January only! The little snowman Snowy has a mission: he wants to help the animals of the North Pole and give them a safer future and you can help him! Join Snowy on a wintry adventure through SEA LIFE Konstanz and get to know the Arctic animals and their incredible abilities. While you playfully master the interactive quiz trail, you will learn exciting fun facts about the inhabitants of the Arctic. If you successfully complete the mission, a small reward awaits you at the end of the tour, as always! At SEA LIFE Konstanz visitors of all ages will experience impressive marine worlds on a fascinating journey from Lake Constance to the depths of the tropical oceans. Countless animals from various regions of the world can be discovered in lifelike tanks. After a large reconstruction phase the aquarium reopenend in 2023 and awaits you with a completely new area called "The Sea at Night": Discover the mythically illuminated theme world with our ray tank, the tropical reef with seahorses and the 8-metre acrylic glass tunnel that illustrates the colourful habitat of the Red Sea. Get up close to fascinating animals like the blacktip reef shark or the green sea turtle - an exciting dive without getting wet! On your tour through SEA LIFE Konstanz you will follow the flow of the water from the source of the Rhine via the port of Rotterdam to the depths of the North Sea and on through the rainforest to the bone-chilling cold of Antarctica. Don't miss the ten lively gentoo penguins cavort between the glittering ice floes! But this is not the only highlight. Newly moved in are new interactive themed areas with a large discovery pool and a Paint2Life ready for use. Here, little visitors can colour in their own sea creatures on paper and then project them onto a large aquarium screen. Another highlight are our daily feedings, where it can get wild: What are our rays' favourite food and what do sharks like to eat? Find out during the feedings and listen to our aquarists, that will reveal many interesting facts and background information about our animals and their habitats. Afterwards, the Lake Constance Museum of Natural History invites you on a trip into the nature around Lake Constance. The museum is located in the same building and admission is included in the SEA LIFE ticket. This informative exhibition displays the formation of Lake Constance and the various flora and fauna in and around the water.
