Courtney was a great guide! although a great driver, the driver was visibly upset because a passenger accidentally spilled a drink on the bus carpet and our guide asked on the loudspeaker to please be careful because now the carpet will have to be replaced. So, 1. there are children on the tour bus and accidents happen at any age. 2. if eating & drinking is going to be an issue, then don't sell drinks on the bus. 3. the carpet doesn't have to be replaced, a good carpet SPOT CLEANER and dry/wet shop vac and clean up in less than 20 minutes. And lastly, but more importantly, DON'T MAKE A BIG FUSS over it, making PAYING CUSTOMERS FEEL BAD and public shaming in front of the others because the first 3 points I mentioned weren't taking into consideration.
