This is a great activity for all family members to enjoy. The drivers are very friendly and knowledgeable too I wish they had air conditioner trolley cars the heat is something down here in Savannah. Also as a suggestion why not have cold waters available for purchase as people get on and off. $2 a bottle would be a great $ maker. Let the people who get on the trolley to check tickets take care of this function and not the drivers. Just a suggestion.

Fascinating tour, and our tour guide Marc (yes, same name but no relation) was fabulous. Knowledgeable, friendly, funny and very personable. He's a real asset to you and could probably teach other guides if they are new to the job. We are definitely not tour takers, but yours was well worth it, giving us the perfect overview of the historic district before we set out on our own.

Phone call explained that trolley station parking is more convenient than website address. We only used trolley twice: first took the whole tour around and got off before it went back to parking lot; then at end of day, went back to parking lot from nearest "bus stop". Wore comfortable shoes. Both rides had entertaining, knowledgeable drivers. Taking the whole tour first (about one and a half hours), is the way to go.
