Gregg was an awesome guide, we had so much fun! He had a lot of history on Savannah with some great ghost stories sprinkled in. The bars we stopped in were amazing and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!!

Gregg was in fact a hoot. That’s the reason I booked this tour. He was one of the most knowledgeable and relatable guides ive ever had. I’d say about 87% of his jokes were a hit (they can’t all be home-runs) but he was very energetic and very informative of the history of every building we passed. The bars we stopped at were fantastic with very heavy handed bar tenders. When it’s all said and done for 2 adults it’ll run you about 150 bucks, which might sound like a lot but with everything you get it’s definitely worth it. 25/10 would recommend this trip!

Full description

The Haunted Savannah Pub Crawl meets at 7:30 pm in Madison Square. To begin, this walking tour takes you through the Historic District of Savannah.

Savannah is considered to be one of the most haunted cities in the country, and this tour takes you in many directions to understand the twists and turns that make up the oddities that happen here on a daily basis.

As you begin the tour you will stop off for a beverage of your choice at a local pub and, since Savannah has an open container law, you are able to walk the streets with any type of beverage. Stay hydrated and enjoy the evening tales of this city.

More history and off the tourist track pubs than ghost stories - which was a plus. The pubs had more atmosphere and way better prices than the more touristy locations. Wouldn’t have know about them otherwise. Gregg was knowledgeable and evidently loves Savannah. Gregg interacted well with the group, answered questions and gave lots of insight into Savannah. Glad we did the tour, referenced it multiple times during the rest of our stay. Would recommend without hesitation.
