Also try abseiling from the dungeon. PLAN YOUR VISIT: Commarque is a Historical and Archaeological Monument on a cliff! For a visit in the best conditions, come with good walking shoes! To reach the castle from the car park, you will walk a picturesque walk of 7mn (600m). Parking for people with reduced or difficult mobility is at the foot of the castle. Finally, for families with young children, think about your baby carrier! If you forget, you will find some available at reception.
