Western Serbia 1-Day Tour of the Key Sites from Belgrade

Be collected from your accommodation in Belgrade and head to the countryside of Western Serbia, which is known for wild and untouched nature. For just over two hours, you can relax and enjoy the beautiful landscapes. Listen to interesting stories about this part of the country from your guide.  You will stop at an amazing viewpoint then head to Bajina Bašta, which is a small town in the foothill of Mt. Tara. Here, you will see the world-famous attraction The House on the Drina. This is an isolated house made of logs, which is perched precariously on a river stone. Next, head to the Sargan Eight train and ride this narrow railway. You will pass several viewpoints of the stunning Mokra Gora along the way. The authentic cars with wooden seats, wood burning stoves, and characteristic rattling sound will take you back to 1925, which is when this railway was put in operation. Day was fantastic very good guide and beautiful nature. On the negative side, there was less time available due to passengers’ delays. This is not good and coach should have left if not at specified time as we were really rushed for lunch having before having to rush for the train. Also other companies provide free water and this would have been appreciated. On the whole despite this I would recommend tour to discover some beautiful spots in Serbia

Alex is wonderful, his company and guidance and humor make half the experience! My boyfriend and I were really enjoying his stories and his competence. The trip is interesting, original and will make you see places you wouldn't reach otherwise. And the restaurant Alex picked for lunch had us have one of the best lamb in our lives, no jokes!

Draven was a great guide. Very knowledgeable and kind. All the sights were amazing to see. Highly recommend!

It was perfect even though the weather was rainy. Nice scenery, lots of green. drina house wonderful.

Wonderful!!!! The guide was very professional, polite and very knowledgeable.
