Awesome!!! Exceptional!!! Danilo is passionate about his job and pays a beautiful tribute to Ayrton Senna. We met beautiful people through Alan and his daughter Stella who opened not only their hearts to us, but also the door to their world: the decoration of the helmets of the famous drivers who use their artisanal know-how. At SID we discover an impressive number of helmets that belonged to these racers. The visit continues through different places relating the tributes to Senna and in particular his burial in a huge Park in his image: soothing. We will keep an unforgettable memory of this experience and the exchanges with Danilo during these 5 hours shared. Thank you again for the organization, the kindness and the culture of Danilo
I went on the Ayrton Senna Tour (4/11/24) after the F1 Grand Prix. My guide for the tour was Danilo. As a non-Portuguese speaking traveller, language was not an issue as Danilo speaks/understands English very well. I found Danielo very knowledgeable not only about Senna, but Brazil, Sao Paulo history and places. Visit to Sid Special Paints was amazing to be given access be able to see and handle the many helmets on show. The visit to the Cemetery to visit the resting place of Ayrton was a moving moment. Unfortunately, we were unable to visit Interlagos Race Track and see the Nosso Senna sculpture as the circuit and park were closed to the public after the Formula Grand Prix. Danilo was happy to take a detour from the planned tour route to find the newly painted Senna Mural near Bras Station, which we found eventually found and with the watchful eye of two policeman I was able to grab a few pictures. Would highly recommend this tour and Danilo to anyone visiting Sao Paulo.
