São Paulo has a wide mixture of architectural styles that vary from colonial buildings made out of organic materials to different European styles that have been strongly developed in Brazil since the middle of the XIX century. You can see all of these types of buildings and more during a 4-hour architecture tour.

On your excursion, you will see samples of Colonial, Neoclassic, Eclectic, Art Noveau, Art Deco, Neocolonial, Modernist, Brutalism, and Contemporary architecture that coexist within the city. Learn more about famous architects who have done important projects in São Paulo, such as Ramos de Azevedo, Oscar Nyemeyer, Paulo Mendes da Rocha, Vilanova Artigas, Lina Bo Bardi, Ruy Othake, Isay Weinfeld, and many others, discovering how they helped the city to become an impressive and vibrant architectural destination.

Luis Paulo went that extra bit beyond the tour. He added places to show us more about the development of architecture within Sao Paulo. Probably because most public buildings are closed on Monday to see inside. But we got a lot more buildings/sites to see as a replacement. And he took us to some excellent (high) views of the city. We liked it a lot.
