The guide do not show up on time, we had called them twice, so 1 hour later finally came guy who did not speak English, excursion was booked in English. So came another “guide” who offer for extra fee go with us. In the price was included whine and cheese tasting in local winery, but they sold us that it is closed, only after requirement to fool fill this option they agree some wine testing in the caffe we had lunch. If we wouldn’t take extra guide for climbing to small pico all the excision would took 3 hours. On the way back the “guides” stole the grapes from plantations.

Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the delay and language issue—this is not our usual standard. The winery was closed, but we arranged a wine tasting at lunch to honor the offer. The extra guide was optional for those who want to climb Pico. Lastly, our staff did not steal grapes—wild grapes grow naturally in the area. Thank you for understanding.
